The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below only govern the contractual relationship between the User (hereafter referred to as You) and the trader Strapmedia (hereafter referred to as We) belonging to the company StrapMedia S.A.S. with a capital of 194 600 Euros, whose headquarters is situated at Paris and registered on the register of companies and commerce in Paris under the number 492 425 350.
Both parties accept these conditions unreservedly.
These general conditions of sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express, written prior dispensation. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale, having read them. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and Strapmedia as they have been designed to protect your rights as a valued customer and to protect our rights as a business and to create an understanding between us.

Once you have chosen your method of payment, you must pay for your order, which legally finalises the purchase agreement made with Strapmedia.
Strapmedia takes great care when putting information on-line with respect to the essential characteristics of our products, notably with respect to the technical descriptions emanating from our partners and suppliers and the photographs illustrating the products; this however, within the technical limits that exist and with respect for the best standards on the market.
The prices indicated on the site are in Euros (€) and include all taxes but do not include delivery fee.
The chosen possible delivery costs are indicated for the User during the product selection and are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but will apply the current rates as indicated to you on the site at the time the order was placed.
Please note that we will honour your order while stock is available.
In the event where one of the products ordered is not in stock, we will contact you in less than 15 days as of your order date to inform you how long it will be before we are able to deliver the product.
If there are certain products that are temporarily unavailable, we will send the available products and will pay the shipping fees for the rest of the order.We will offer you a replacement for an unavailable product, a product of equal price and quality.
If you choose to refuse, we will reimburse the unavailable product. If you wish to return it to us in the conditions outlined in article 9 (right of retraction - satisfied or reimbursed), the fees will be covered by us.
Shipping Way
We have selected La Poste to ship our products.
The goods are shipped according to the Collissimo way.
In Europe, the standard shipping time is 3-5 working days.
Shipping Cost
The shipping cost is indicated during the order process.
Delivery leadtime
The goods will be delivered to the adress indicated during the order process.
StrapMedia will deliver the goods within 30 days after you confirm your order.
All the other leadtimes are just given as a reference : that is the standard ones.
Depending on the product ordered, the invoices can be splitted among several parcels.
Delay
If the 30 days delivery leadtime is over more than 7 days, you can cancel your order (unless we suffered from some force majeure issue) by sending us a registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt. Then we reimburse you within 30 days.
StrapMedia can not be responsible for any delivery delay due to the following force majeure issues : strikes, shortage by any vendors or sub-contractors, war, fire, flooding, epidemic disease, transport general issue, legal or administrative decision limiting, delaying or forbidding the manufacturing, the export or the import of the goods. StrapMedia will inform in case of such force majeure issues happen.
In any case, the delivery can be done is the buyer has done all the relevant actions requested by StrapMedia.
Risks linked with the transport
StrapMedia is responsible for any transport risk until the delivery that is to say the the delivery of the goods to the adressee indicated during the order process.
Goods receiving
You must refuse the delivery if the goods are damaged, missing or if the parcel has been open or re-packaged (except by the customs).
In case of list or defect, you must indicate all your comments on the delivery note of the frowarder. Then you must send a registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the forwarder and strapmedia to sum up all the issues within 3 days.

Any goods received without any comments from the receiver at the delivery time and without any claim mail sent to the forwarder and StrapMedia within 3 days are considered as well-received in terms of quality and quantity, as requested in the order form.
In that case, StrapMedia can not be held as responsible for any issue.

StrapMedia is checking the validity of the information given during the order process.
Consequently, we can ask in some cases some complementary information to guarantee your payment.
We do not offert refunds on VAT.
Strapmedia allows you 10 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of retraction starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product within this time period, at your own expense, accompanied by your invoice and a completed and signed return goods voucher.
We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is notably necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility.
The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.). Any product that has been damaged, or is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.
The User will be reimbursed by bank transfer if payment was made by bank card, or by cheque in other cases. If the User paid by bank card (via a bank card reader) at a Pick-Up Store, reimbursement will be made by cheque.
If tests need to be carried out on the product, in the framework of the right of retraction, Strapmedia will do its best to reimburse the User as quickly as possible. This time period will depend on the nature of the technical tests performed by the After-Sales Service of your product’s manufacturer, for a maximum period of 3 weeks.
Strapmedia will not be held liable for poor use and its consequences on the products purchased from our Site. Although our products have performance that is compatible with professional usage, Strapmedia does not sell products for professional usage.
Since the details you give us are essential for the processing and delivery of orders, for billing and for the establishment of warranty contracts, failure to provide these details will result in the cancellation of your order.
By registering on the Site, you agree to provide us with sincere and true information as it concerns you.
Communicating false information is contrary to the present General Conditions as well as the conditions of use listed on the Site.
In accordance with the "Data processing and Freedoms" law, the processing of your details was the subject of a declaration made before the CNIL (French data protection watchdog).
